To this end, utilitarianism opposes all forms of egotism and selfishness and believes that individuals must be ruled by other individual rather than themselves. They believe that all individuals are intrinsically valuable and should be treated with care and compassion. Utilitarianism is typically adopted in opposition to those who believe that human life is expendable and view the use of force and violence to control others as being immoral.Utilitarianism is very popular today in many professional fields such as medicine, law, business, engineering, and education. Because utilitarianism is largely considered an alternative method of ethics to what is currently accepted, it is often supported by various philosophical beliefs, such as utilitarianism.In the 1800s, the idea of utilitarianism was first developed by Adam Smith, who is most notable for his work, The Wealth of Nations. After his death, Karl Menger took over the idea of Utilitarianism and revised it to work more for modern times, and without reference to economics. Karl Menger, as well as the tradition of utilitarianism, is called consequentialism.The most basic form of consequentialism states that the use of force is immoral, even if it is necessary to prevent the destruction of property. When this means is used, the reasons for doing so should be stated. However, some consequentialists will say that the act itself should be considered innocent; it is the potential benefit of using force that is the issue. In other words, the use of force against an innocent individual is okay if the intention is to prevent the bad effects of the individual's actions (such as an injury) or prevent others from being harmed.Utilitarians will usually choose utilitarianism to support a number of goals that are important for those who want to help the world. First, utilitarianism supports the idea that people should be treated as autonomous individuals rather than as being part of a group. The benefit of utilitarianism lies in the fact that it allows a person to feel as though the world is more like a real one, rather than a society ruled by a dictator. It does this by explaining why a dictator is not necessarily evil; sometimes, they are simply in power because there are more people who feel that they can trust them, and therefore they do not need to be on the receiving end of harsh criticism or anything like that.It should be noted that consequentialism has some problems when it comes to working with hypothetical situations. It's possible to write a piece that has an objective to either support a strict utilitarian approach or not, but it is possible to use this technique in a way that it doesn't reflect the intentions of its author. So while there is a lot of research and interest on this topic, we need to be aware of the impact this has on reality and practical application.

Problem statement Human capita refers to the human resources of an organization of an organization. They are the employees, labours, managers and others. Human resources are considered as the most important resource of organization as the success of that organization totally depends on the performance of them. Human capital investment means the process of developing the employees of an organization by giving them necessary training and educations related to their work. This type of training and education helps to develop the skills of the employees. Human capital investment is very mc necessary in case of the information industry technology as this industry demands the most educated and skilled employees in the area of information technology (Kwon Rupp, 2013). There are three variables exist. They are human capital, organizational performance and the effect of employee satisfaction between human capital and organizational performance. There is a deep link exists among these three variables as three of them are dependent on each other. Human capital is the most important element in the success of any organization. A company will be a successful one if the employees of that organization are efficient and highly skilled. On the other hand, the satisfaction of the employees is a crucial factor to establish a link between human capital and the organizational performance. Proper motivation drives the employees to contribute their best in the success of the organization (Ployhart et al., 2014). As per Jalil et al. (2015), there are some problems associated to these three variables. The investment in the human capital is a crucial factor. There is a strong need of identifying the areas where training and education is needed. On the other hand, the human resources of an organization need to be properly motivated to increase the profitability of the organization. These are the problem areas regarding the three variables. There should be proper strategies to address these problems (Martin, McNally Kay, 2013). 2.Research Objective/ Questions The major aim of this research is to: identify effective ways of human capital investment with reference to Australian IT Services Industry, to determine the extent to which collaborative software contribute to employees performance, to assess the effects of training on employee output level, and to assess how motivation contributes to productivity lines of organizations. Specifically, the study will seek to answer the following questions: RQ 1.To what extent does collaborative software contribute to employees performance? RQ 2.What is the effect of training on employee output level? RQ3. How does motivation contribute to productivity lines in organizations? 3. Justification of The Project Organizational growth is highly influenced by the level of technology embraced. Innovation is a major component within various business environments used for economic growth and developmental agendas. The software creates a good platform for obtaining customers feedback through testimonials, brand usage, and quality of services in terms of respond to inquiries (Joshi et al., 2013). The enterprise planning software is a management tool for storage, collection, management, and interpreting data from other links of the business enterprise (Index, 2016). Competitively, such a software program will lead to efficiency since it allows planning on production costs, market organization, checking payments, and enhance sales within the operational business zone. The history of culinary arts dates back to 1800* a time when the first cooking school became established in Boston. The cooking school established in Boston taught students how to prepare different foods and prepared them on passing knowledge to Others. The Boston cooking school was a chief contributor in the creativeness of culinary professionals everywhere. However. More schools began popping up, and up to now, there are about 21 ,000 universities teaching culinary arts programs (Toasting-Assam 29). Apart from the immense contribution of Boston cooking school, another vast contributor to the early culinary arts is Fannies merit book on American culinary arts and recipes. This book became published in 1896; it became the first ever official cookbook in America. During the time, the hook became highly demanded since every household demanded the book as it was valued and used in every days life. This original book tot cooking is still utilized in the present age as a reference in the cooking profession (Glazer 103). The next phase involving the history of culinary arts describes the culinary arts being taken to the television, in 1946, where the father of American cuisine; also known as James Beard held regular classes of cooking. This gave lesson o individuals desiring to know more regarding the cooking profession. The appearance of cooking lessons in the television brought a lot of changes to the cooking profession. Individuals desiring to become cooks became inspired since one was not required to pay anything in order to learn how to prepare and cook various cuisines; all that a person required was listening to cooking lessons on the television and then applying the learnt lessons practically. Many people did not understand how to prepare certain recipes not until there were free classes on televisions. In the sasss, people had the mentality that cooking was meant for women and participation of men in the cooking became deemed as a failure of mans responsibility. However, in the early 1 asss, people commenced appreciating the art of cooking with the emergence of industries. The emergence of businesses such as tourist hotels made cooking become a vast profession that could hold almost all individuals regardless whether one was a female or male (Medicines 49). This exceedingly gave the culinary arts a bit of professionalism, although not to a vast deal. Later, in 1946, the Culinary Institute of America became established. The establishment of the Culinary Institute of America brought changes in the professionalism of cooking. Since the institute is non-profit organization, it was capable of supporting professionalism in cooking without the objective of making a profit. This made most individuals join the cooking professionalism. Unlike the earlier days, most men joined the cooking profession. The college still offers professional education in cooking.
